The padded Slapp Attach exercise belt is 46” x 3.75”, with an additional 6” Velcro overlap. Fastening is secured by the Velcro overlap and a buckle. Made in a challenging size, the high performance professional speed bags are hand sewn for durability and fast accurate rebound following every punch. The bags inflate in seconds with the included pump. Three sets of springs,  which control delivery of the specialty reflex bags, are also included. The springs may be used in any combination depending on the expected delivery.  The longer the springs, the more the bags will swing wildly making it harder to hit and easier to be hit.
